 Alarm and Event Management System

Capture your Honeywell TDC 3000® Alarms and Real Time Journals for analysis, optimization, queries and archiving. Logmate is compatible with every other major DCS and HMI system, allowing you to consolidate your data in a single, powerful, easy-to-use alarm and event management system.

  • Create an indefinite archive of alarm and event data for use in plant performance analysis and regulatory or incident reviews
  • Centralize multi-system alarm and event data in one location to reduce costs and data management overhead
  • Replace your Honeywell RTJ Printer and the paper mountain. View real-time alarms, standard & free format logs, journals, reports, program messages, operator & process changes from a PC at your convenience.

The Logmate suite offers optional support tools to help you analyze your alarms and identify misconfigured or nuisance alarms. Removing or changing these alarms can drastically reduce overall alarm activity, resulting in a much more manageable control environment and increased profitability.

netView is a web-based monitor for the process alarms and reports. It is equipped with advanced alarm monitor features such as real-time mode, time range control, display filters and a search engine.

ACE provides tools for analyzing the alarm data, potentially uncovering alarm misconfiguration and redundancy.

Datalink is a utility to connect to different databases.

Signal will alert a pager, email or another application if an event has occurred.

GrafxMate Plus v3.0 provides the ability to capture displays to BMP/GIF format.

Archive and Compliance - LogMate was enhanced to meet 21 CFR Part 11, EPA, and other regulatory requirements. Store data indefinitely on inexpensive standard backup media. Customize views - The operator, engineer or instrument tech can, in real time, view specific tags, alarm or report types, times, dates, etc.
Networkable - One physical serial COM port is required per LCN Area Database to be captured by the "Host" PC. "Viewer" PC's need only be configured with a web browser. LogMate  has a 64-port Terminal Server capability - call for details. Avoid fuss - Eliminate paper, control room noise, and missed alarms caused by a turned-off printer. No more "paper mountain" burden.
Troubleshoot - Diagnose problems, identify patterns and nuisance alarms, filter important alarms for analysis. Always on Time - No more delayed or missed reports for management.

LogMate comes with 3 months of free tech support and software maintenance releases. Optional ESS (extended support subscription) available on annual basis.
Requirements:

  • PC with Windows 2000/XP.
  • At least one serial COM port per Host PC.
  • Internet Explorer 5.01 (or higher) client viewer PCs
